    General Purpose Zombja thread

    This thread is for general zombja discussion, strategy and communication.

    Basic strategy:
    we're splitting to 3 teams of 4 ninja each.
    There's a special bonus for having 4 ninjas in a square, that makes it a lot less likely to be infected, and saves AP when using guns, and we want to take advantage of it.

    This means that the 4 ninja in each team need to move together when entering a new square, especially one containing more the 1 zetta.
    Each team should contain 2 snipers, to kill zettas, and 2 medics to deal with infections.
    snipers should take secondary skills in Immune or Careful, medics in Immune or Thorough, to help take down Zs

    In addition to the teams, we want at least 1 person to specialize in Engineer, since a hospital in the front lines can save hundreds of APs, and the sonar ping can help locate and kill infestations.

    Team A - columns 2 to 4

    Team B - columns -1 to 1

    1 digger, 1 medic, 1 careful, 5 thorough, 5 sniper

    The team member list have been updated in Village Announcement, trey.
    So far, only Team C lacks another medic, we'll find one

    I'm also thinking of having a digger would be nice for the teleport ability. I still don't know how it works though. And then another engineer. would more engineer is good?, for the nuke thing?

    teams updated.

    teleport works by allowing a digger to place a teleporter on a non-hospital square.
    anyone in the same column as the teleporter but on a higher row can teleport to it, by spending APs and taking some damage.
    The problem is, that after yanking back to the teleporter you have to move back to the front line, costing stamina and AP. I think it's more effective to have a front hospital, and make sure Zs don't get near the village lines.

    how much damage are we talking about?
    from what i experienced, it only takes 2 AP and 10 stam to yank...i've been meaning to use the teleporter for medics as they would frequently need to return to the hospital to restock their medkits...

    i'm working on hospitals...i'm just a little away from engineer 3 now Very Happy
    and i just heard that engineer 3 will get 1 Z-Reward... Razz

    it was 5 or 10 damage in the beta, if I remember correctly.
    But the main issue isn't the yanking, it's the stamina and AP to return to the front after healing and restocking.

    Extremely important zombja change!

    In case you missed it on the front page, Zettas can now attack you even if you miss when trying to hit them.
    This'll make our lives a lot harder in those multi zetta squares.
    On the other hand, Immune now gives 10% chance to avoid infection per level.
